Description

This special cleaner is used to clean convection ovens and combi steamers with an automatic dosing system. Thanks to this system, it is very easy to use. Fat, protein and burnt-on food can be removed quickly and easily. The special soft foam formulation and the fact that it leaves no residue and is easy to rinse off are all arguments in favor of CONVECTOR. The cleaner is also free of chlorine and phosphate.

Apply as follows:
- Dosing is automatic
- Connect the canister to the dosing system or place it in the designated cleaning tank
- Dosing runs automatically when connected correctly
- MAFOR S is recommended for the final rinse cycle
