It also protects your dry skin from the effects of the weather and moisturizes it. For wonderfully cared-for hands, apply the cream to clean skin and repeat this after each hand wash. Depending on how dry your skin is, you can choose between a highly greasy and a slightly greasy ointment. This cream is, of course , silicone-free .
