SONAX Headlight Restoration Kit

This headlight restoration set is particularly suitable for the inexpensive manual restoration of yellowed and matte plastic headlight covers. This yellowing, matte finish and even fine scratches are reliably removed in just 2 steps. After use, the headlight is sealed and protected from further yellowing. The headlight now appears clear and has a more attractive appearance. The value of the car is also visually increased and the new clarity means better luminosity. The cleaning also improves driving safety. The contents of the cleaner are sufficient for two applications, each for 2 headlights.

Apply as follows
1. Smoothing
- Preparation: Clean the desired surface with SONAX Shine Shampoo
- Mask off the edge areas of the bonnet, fender, grille and bumper
- first attach the coarser bow flower to the bow flower holder and moisten it with water
- now carefully work on the headlight evenly with light pressure until a slightly matt surface is created
- make sure that the surface is moistened with water again and again
- Wipe off grinding residues with the polishing fleece
- now repeat the process with the ultra-fine grinding flower
2. Polishing
- Apply the polish to the white side of the sponge and polish the headlight with medium pressure until the dulling is gone
- add more polish if necessary
- Remove residues with a polishing fleece
3. Sealing
- Apply the contents of the headlight sealant to the polishing sponge
- rub the smoothed and polished surface with the cloth and allow to take effect for a short time
- now wipe with a clean and dry polishing fleece
- 1 bag is enough for 2 headlights
