How long does a resin bag last?

This depends on the hardness of the water. However, as a general rule, the bag can last for around 8 hours of "continuously running the water".

Where is the resin disposed of?

You can dispose of the resin in your household waste after use.

How is the resin stored after use?

Unfortunately, there is no 100% accurate statement on this. Storage depends on many factors such as the temperature or humidity of the room. It is quite possible that the resin can be used without any problems even after 6-9 months of storage. But there is no guarantee of this.

Can I use additional cleaners?

Please do not use any additional cleaning agents. This can leave residues (e.g. surfactants) on the window and the result will no longer be streak-free. Heavy dirt can generally be removed with a brush.

What is the difference between the filters.

The Hydropower system has 2 filter sizes. Either suitable for one resin bag, or suitable for 3 resin bags.
The principle and the cleaning result are identical. Only the working time is extended when using 3 resin bags.

Can I clean any surface with pure water?

In principle, yes. Everything that has previously been cleaned with normal water can also be treated with pure water. However, you should make sure that the bristles of the brush are suitable for the surface in question. Sensitive paint, for example, requires a very soft brush that is gentle on the material. The relevant product pages explain exactly which product needs to be ordered.

Is the application complicated?

It couldn't be easier to use. The pure water system works completely without electricity and without chemicals. The garden hose is connected at the bottom and feeds tap water into the container where it is then filtered from the resin. The pure water then comes out of the upper hose and is fed to the brush.
Make sure that you always rinse thoroughly after use so that the water can dry without leaving stains.

What is the advantage of pure water

Working with pure water has the advantage that the water dries completely without leaving any residue. You save yourself the hassle of wiping with a window wiper and also the so-called re-leathering. No "water stains" remain and there is no need to use chemicals. This saves time and money.

Does the size of the system make a difference?

The size of the pure water system has nothing to do with the cleaning result. The principle is the same for all systems. A large system has the advantage that you can sometimes work for up to 20 hours at a time. The small system simply has a smaller container/resin bag and is for smaller areas. The small system, however, has the great advantage of being handy and quick to use. Before buying a pure water system, you should therefore know what area it will be used for.

Is the resin bag already included in the filter delivery?

Yes, every time you buy a HydroPower device, a resin bag is already installed. You do not need to order this separately.
